Triggering point

These days my tear ducts' triggering point is anything to do with babies or nothing at all

Just the thought of babies or anything. At random.

And hard to stop tears from coming out until I try to force myself to think of other stuffs/distract myself

也许哭了是放松心情和情绪的一个好办法。
