EJ 2nd home
Don’t think I have ever mentioned before, but yes, our first matrimonial home was sold 3 years back, before Joash was out even.
Because it had reached 5 year, so if don’t sold fast, values will drop as other project around our vincity will be reaching 5 years too.
The good part is we have a place to fall back, which is my mil’s house.
Which works well, because that’s why I got pregnant with Joash and there’s someone to can help to take care of him, as well as to entertain them.
Okay, back to the home story, we had purchased another property, and it takes time to build.. Literally 3 years?
Finally, TOP and we have got our keys!
For our first matrimonial home, due to budget constraints, we didn’t do much renovation. For this one, however, not that we going to spend a lot, but the focus is also on how to make it a “smart home”!
Quite a fun thing to do, though it means will cost more setting up all these.
We shall see how it goes.
If time permit, and I have the time to update, will do a day by day update here? Haha.
