Week 11 Day 5

Glad the bleeding had stopped. Phew...

Bedrest indeed did the trick!
Though it is not easy staying on bed, lying. The back starts to ache, and the boredom since we have ground rules (no food in bedroom).

Still I tried to remain lying. (Read: the word is "tried")

From this episode, I am quite impressed marvelled lost-for-words at how my girlfriend able to lie on bed for almost a month, before she gave birth.

The sacrifice, indeed not easy.
Motherhood is a long, tiring (at times, stressful when such happens), yet a marvellous journey.
Carrying our baby in us, being careful in what we eat, do, drink etc.
The bonds between us and the baby, it is indescribable.

Each day fondling my tummy (the word fondled sounds so wrong but ...), talking to baby.
E talked to baby daily too, though everyday it is the same.

He heard from a friend that it is important to talk to baby regularly, as baby can listen and identified it is daddy when he/she is born.

Little EJ,

Mummy and daddy love you lots, from the moment you decide that mummy's womb is the perfect place to hibernate for the next 9 month.

Father God love you lots too.. :)
