Cafe-hopping: Roast, EmQuartier (Bangkok)

I'm in Bangkok, and while Eben busy with his motor show, i'm cafe-hopping.

Was trying to search for this cafe: Ceresia coffee roasters, being in a place not familiar with, I didn't manage to find it.
The weather in Bangkok is really hot, the sun seems to shine with a vengeance.
Popped into emporium to escape from the heat and to find a place to sit.

Mall directory shows "Roast" which it should be safe to assume it is a coffee place.

Gulped down root beer before having my dessert and coffee.
(Supposedly to be breakfast for me)

Their menu. Its like a magazine, and also explain where and how they get their coffee beans from.

They actually tying to support local farmers in producing good and quality coffee beans, thus each year they will select 3 farmers and use their coffee beans for 4 months each.

The profit from the coffees for each season, some will be shared with the respective farmer to assist them in the plantation.

Quite a good initiative.

The cafe i wanted to go but lost my way (I was actually at opposite roads, no wonder lah. (No. 2)

Now i know.. Perhaps will try to go either on Thursday else Friday.

The big cup of root beer, which i gulped down in 5minutes. I'm that thirsty and hot.

Americano. Taste wise, not too acidic. Not too thick too.

The chocolate souffle. Taste good! goes well with coffee for sure.
