The food delivered in a thermo bag. This bag is to be returned to them on daily basis.

Sealed to ensure the freshness as well as helps to keep the food warm

For dinner, there's Sheng Yu soup, braised chicken drumstick, steamed toufu.

Longan red date drink is standard.

In fact, the portion is too much...

Guess such confinement tingkat will be good, for those who don't like strangers in the house. 

It is also suitable for those like me, no baby for confinement lady to take care, might as well just ordered tingkat to ensure eat healthily during confinement period.
